By accessing or using Refueler ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Refueler provides automated nutrition and fueling recommendations based on user-provided training data and Google Calendar integration. Recommendations are delivered via SMS.

Refueler is not a medical organization. The information and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read via Refueler. Use the recommendations at your own risk.

4. SMS and Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting into the Service, you agree to receive text messages from Refueler.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your training schedule.
Costs: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

5. Third-Party Integrations (Google)

Refueler connects with your Google Calendar to function. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms. Refueler is not responsible for any service interruptions or data inaccuracies originating from Google APIs.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information (phone number and calendar access).
Maintaining the security of your own devices.
Ensuring that following a fueling recommendation is appropriate for your current level of health and fitness.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refueler and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, performance issues, or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
